System Configuration window will pop open: Type msconfig and press enter or click ok When the window opens up click on File->Run new task BTW I dont know how to start in safe mode in this new Windows. The last two looked like services I could live without so clicked them off too.Īnd yes to everyone having difficulty getting to the task manager open it is tricky and you have to click and type while the screen is continuously flashing.
